Hello There
Recently after i created a PST of my Emails, I then added the PST as a Data file in Outlook. Upon doing so the name of the PST appeared in the left window. However when i clicked on the Inbox to check mails, nothing would show up. The same happened with Sent folder. When i would search a mail by some name the email message would appear.
Upon doing some research i found that this happened since i created the PST by exporting mails which were connected as IMAP.
To resolve this and view your mails, please do below steps
1. In outlook-Click on view
2. Click – Change View Settings
3. Click- IMAP messages
The Emails woud now be visible.
